All hosting accounts have a soft limit of 5GB until their account is verified by our engineer to make sure it doesn't violate our TOS. If you reach the limit, you can contact us via our helpdesk system to verify your account and remove this limit.
We recommend you to change your domain's NameServer to us and our system will point your domain to our server IP automatically. Our smarterasp nameservers are NS1.SITE4NOW.NET and NS2.SITE4NOW.NET and NS3.SITE4NOW.NET. However, if you do not want to use our Name Server and manage your own DNS records, you can find your IP from your hosting control panel ->DNS Manager after you map the domain to your hosting account.
For .net basic plan: You can create one MYSQL database, one MSSQL database with 1GB MYSQL space, 1GB MSSQL space in total. For .net advance plan: You can create 6 MYSQL databases, 6 MSSQL databases with 3GB MYSQL space, 3GB MSSQL space in total. For .net premium plan: You can create unlimited MYSQL databases, unlimited MSSQL databases with 10GB MYSQL space, 10GB MSSQL space in total.
